Executive Room Robert Rauschenberg
{October 22, 1925 (Texas, USA) – May 12, 2008 (Florida, USA)}
In honor of Robert Rauschenberg, we created a hotel room in Porto, which reflects this artist.
The great painting that dominates the room is as great as his art; while the geometric figures are present in decorative objects such as pillows, lamps, and mirrors.
You will only find this Executive room with a double bed, in our boutique hotel Torel Avantgarde, in the center of Porto.
See our other rooms in the Executive category: Francis Bacon, Joan Miró, Kazimir Malevich, Oscar Wilde, Niki de Saint Phalle Janis Joplin, Eileen Gray, Oskar Barnack, Ferdinand Porsche, Alberto Giacometti, Man Ray, Le Corbusier, Anais Nin, Nikola Tesla, Astor Piazzolla and Maria Helena Vieira da Silva.

“Painting relates to both art and life. Neither can be made. (I try to act in the gap between the two)” - Robert Rauschenberg
