In our Torel Avantgarde, a boutique hotel in the center of Porto, we honor Zaha Hadid with a hotel room in the Classic category, with a double bed, balcony, and views of the Douro.
Its color of choice, white, was chosen for the walls to also represent brightness and light.
The black accents refer to the color he wore most, and the curves of the carpet pay homage to his style.

About The Artist...
Zaha Mohammad Hadid, "Queen of the Curve", was an Iraqi and British architect who consistently pushed the boundaries of architecture and urban design.
Her work has tested spatial quality, amplifying, and intensifying existing landscapes in search of a visionary aesthetic, which encompasses all fields of design, from the urban scale to products, interiors, and furniture.
