About The Artist...
François Auguste René Rodin Was Considered The Father Of Modern Sculpture.
Using clay and plaster molds, coupled with a meticulous process that included live models, Rodin created innovative sculptures, never neglecting attention to detail and unprecedented realism.
Inspired by silhouette and women’s literature, from Dante to Baudelaire, Auguste Rodin was particularly skilled at conveying tension and emotion through bodies.
